Buying, selling, or just want to know where your roof actually stands? Our Roof Inspection covers every slope, not a glance from the driveway.
Reports are written in plain language first, with technical detail available for those who want it — not the other way around.
We also keep a copy of every Roof Inspection report on file, so you can request a past report if you ever need it again.
Every Roof Inspection is conducted by a Max, ND-licensed technician.
Local Max scheduling means Roof Inspection requests rarely wait more than a few days.
You know the cost of your Roof Inspection before the technician arrives.
Reports are formatted for insurance, real estate, or personal record purposes.
A proper Roof Inspection covers more than a glance from the ground — here's what's included.
Every Roof Inspection covers the full system, not just the areas visible from the street.
A documented Roof Inspection can be real leverage in price negotiations if issues turn up.
A clean Roof Inspection report can be a selling point worth mentioning in your listing.
Scheduled Roof Inspection visits catch small issues, like loose flashing or clogged valleys, before they become expensive repairs.
We check every slope for storm impact, not just what's obvious from the ground.
Aerial photos are included in your report alongside the ground-level and on-roof findings.
Tell us the reason for the inspection — purchase, sale, maintenance, or storm-related — and we'll tailor the visit.
The inspection covers decking, flashing, ventilation, and shingle condition from up close, not a driveway glance.
Findings are explained in plain language before the written report is finalized.
The Roof Inspection report is yours to keep regardless of whether you move forward with any repair work.
